The in-house ombudsmen of the EDF and ENGIE groups
The EDF and ENGIE groups have set up ombudsmen that may be called upon after all the internal actions initiated with the company have failed.
In the event of a dispute with the supplier EDF, you may call upon either the national energy ombudsman, or the ombudsman of the EDF group.
Indeed, the EDF group has at its disposal an ombudsman whose remit covers the amicable resolution of disputes between a customer, a supplier, an energy producer or any other stakeholder and en entity of the EDF group.
